The Leisure Collective Announces Restructure to Fuel Next Five Years of Growth

The Leisure Collective (TLC) has just announced a strategic restructure of its leadership team. The change sees existing staff promoted to take TLC’s iconic brands CREATURES OF LEISURE, OTIS Eyewear, Sito Shades and Layday to the next level.

Fresh off its B Corp recertification, TLC is cementing its commitment to independent ownership by doubling down on the people driving its culture. The new appointments will future-proof the business, sharpening its focus and keeping the right minds dedicated to the right projects.

Industry veteran Beau Campi is heading the shift, having been elevated to the newly created role of Director of Brands. Campi, who has led CREATURES OF LEISURE for years and was previously a key designer director with Billabong and Volcom, will now oversee the commercial direction across the entire TLC portfolio.

"After seven epic years leading the CREATURES brand I'm extremely excited to apply myself across all brands for The Leisure Collective,” said Campi. “The brand leads and creatives we have appointed are set to take us to the next level from a really solid foundation we've built already. It's a pleasure walking in each day being inspired by the team."

To support this focused approach, TLC is putting dedicated talent into Brand Manager roles across its roster. Mike Guarino steps up as the new Brand Manager for CREATURES OF LEISURE, Simon Lafranchi takes the reins as Brand Manager for OTIS Eyewear, India Atkinson continues as Layday Brand Manager, and Sally Kerr has been appointed as Brand Manager for Sito Shades.

The change also opened up two new positions, with Maxime Lemaitre taking on the job of Creatures Product Manager and Freya Manuel becoming the new Marketing & ECom Assistant for Sito Shades.

“I’m super excited with Beau’s appointment as Director of Brands, alongside the confirmation of our Brand Managers,” said Nathan Omodei, CEO and Director of The Leisure Collective.

“This is a deliberate investment in leadership and long-term focus, ensuring each brand is supported by clear ownership, creative direction, and accountability. Beau’s experience and track record, combined with the strength of the newly appointed Brand Managers, positions us strongly for the next phase of growth.”

With this streamlined focus, TLC heads into the upcoming trade season with complete clarity, ready to support its retail partners and push its brands even further.
